Fatherhood for Gay Men: An Emotional and Practical Guide to Becoming a Gay Dad, Kevin McGarry (Harrington Press, 2003). McGarry is a single father of two boys.
Gay Fathers by Robert L. Barret and Bryan E. Robinson (Lexington, MA: Lexington Books, 1990). A rare scholarly work on the topic, aimed at an audience of mental health professionals, but with good coverage of the issues faced by fathers coming out of the closet.
The Final Closet: The Gay Parent's Guide for Coming-Out to Their Children by Rip Corley (Editech Press, 1990). An excellent resource that shows gay parents how to discuss their sexual orientation with their children at various points in their lives, in age-appropriate ways, and without shame.
